Comfortzone is a cottage based accommodation which is situated in the middle of apple orchard at Simsa village, 1 km short of Main Manali Town. The cottage has three floors. Ground and first floor have been tastefully furnished to accommodate the guests. Second floor houses the main kitchen and living quarters for cottage staff and drivers.

- Cottage has ample parking space to accommodate three SUVs. Bigger vehicles can be parked on the approach road.
